Video subtitling for the GNOME desktop

Gnome Subtitles 0.9.1 has been released. This is a bugfix release which includes:

• Allow to open audio files for subtitling
• Changed the default selection type in the Timings Adjust and Shit dialogs
• Fixed crashes:
  • Opening a video with Frames mode selected
  • Opening the Preferences dialog
